Members' Meeting

Sunday 28th March 2010 1300hrs (1pm!)
At Portland Arts Centre,
Brymers Avenue, Fortuneswell, Portland. DT5 1JS

This meeting is a opportunity for all members to meet together to plan and discuss the DPG 2010 events, while joining in or watching a bonfire firing.

Sean Cannon has resigned as treasurer of DPG and we need to appoint a new financial controller and sort out new bank account signatories.

Information about how members can be involved with the firing can be found at this link

The meeting will be held in David Archer's new pottery workshop at the PAC, with a view to receiving ideas and comments concerning this years DPG activities, the groups direction, the demo day, the November exhibition and there is even an opportunity to join in helping run the group which no doubt you are all keen to do.

There will be copious amounts of Miles Teas and Coffees to be drunk (no not the Bell version) and even a odd bottle or two of DPG wine swilling around so please make the effort to have a day out to see us all, join in the Pit Firings and meet to chat about the DPG.

Also there is the Fire and Ice exhibition being held currently at the Portland Arts Centre - the 28th March is the last day so don't miss it.

Due to the new arrangement the DPG has with Mother Nature there will not be any rain on the day so sunshine is guaranteed. come and enjoy.
